There is nothing to fix. There is only your way to find. You are whole and powerful. You have everything you need. Come home. Listen. Fathom.

I believe we each have a peaceful home within ourselves…
we just have to come back to it.
Many of us have lost our way. We’ve lost the ability to hear our own true thoughts, and to recognize our own true feelings. We’ve lost connection with our true natures, and we make decisions and move through each day, in one way or another, disconnected from the wisdom of our bodies and of our real hopes, dreams and desires.
We long for peace, but find it elusive.
Life coaching sessions with me are about going within, turning back to yourself and finding the quiet, calm wisdom that we each carry within us. We work together to quiet everything down and listen with self-compassion.
In this way, we clean the mirror so that you can clearly see what’s there for you, find peace, and free yourself to follow your own lead, meet your own needs, and go exactly where you want to go.
what is Life coaching and who is it for?
Coaching is for anyone who is suffering and feels like they could use some support making a change.
Whether life is great, but there’s one small area where you’re feeling stuck, or you’re going through a real dark night of the soul, coaching can help illuminate the stuck spots, and light up the path to freedom.
I believe that we each have our own answers inside of us, but experiences and socialization often cause us to lose touch with the parts of ourselves that know what we really need, what we really want, and what’s really right for us.
My job as a coach is to sit with you, offer guidance and tools to help you access the honest truth inside, and support you as you determine how to move forward.
I offer different session lengths and packages, so coaching can fit into the life you’re already living.
*Life coaching is not the same thing as therapy. Think of a coach as more of a personal trainer, where a therapist is the doctor. Some experiences are best processed with a therapist, and I refer my clients to therapy as needed, if I believe that would be the best form of support.
